I’ve been known to research over 100 homes and then present a finely-tuned short list to my clients, all in an attempt to find a property that not only fits, but delights. Sometimes, it’s a lesser-known listing or a new home about to enter the market. Or for the homes I’m representing, reaching out to contacts outside the area or even country—that’s the advantage of working with an agent deeply connected to the community and networked beyond MLS listings. And once we find what you’re looking for, I negotiate hard on your behalf, ensuring no money is left on the table.
